Our Programs
Refugee Resettlement - Refugee resettlement is a complex and critical process, and it requires thoughtful planning and coordination. At Shield Refugee Initiative, we offer a range of services aimed at helping refugees transition into their new communities with dignity and support. Our resettlement program includes:
Housing Assistance: We work closely with local communities and partners to find safe and affordable housing for refugees upon arrival.
Cultural Orientation: We provide orientation sessions to help refugees understand their new environment, including key cultural norms, available services, and community resources.
Employment Support: We assist refugees in finding job opportunities by offering resume workshops, job training, and connections to local employers.
